same login credentials you use for your KTC account.<\/li>\n<li>Click on an issue to open it. The issue will be displayed as a page-turning PDF, just like the print magazine. <\/li>\n<li>As you flip through the pages, you can zoom in, turn the pages, and take your time going through the issue.<\/li>\n<li>See an article you&#8217;d like to read? Click on it, and it will automatically open in <strong>article mode<\/strong>. Annual memberships: Basic, KTC Box, Friend of KTC (with annual payment)<br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Your membership lasts for <span class=\"s1\">one year<\/span>. <span class=\"s3\">The first <\/span>year is mandatory<span class=\"s3\">.<br \/><\/span>After that first year, your membership is <span class=\"s1\">automatically renewed for one year<\/span>.<br \/>You can <span class=\"s1\">cancel at any time<\/span> after the first year; your membership will then end at the end of the current year.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Annual &#8220;Friend of KTC&#8221; Membership with Monthly Payments<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You pay monthly, but your membership is valid for one <span class=\"s1\">year<\/span>. <span class=\"s3\">The first <\/span>year is mandatory<span class=\"s3\">. After <\/span>the first year, your membership is <span class=\"s1\">automatically renewed on a monthly basis<\/span>. You can <span class=\"s1\">cancel at any time<\/span> after the first year; your membership will then end at the end of your current monthly period. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>3. KTC Box Annual Membership with Monthly Payments (4 boxes per year)<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You pay monthly, but the membership is valid for one <span class=\"s1\">year<\/span> because you\u2019ll receive <span class=\"s1\">four KTC Boxes<\/span> during that year (one per quarter). <span class=\"s3\">The first <\/span>year is mandatory<span class=\"s3\">. After <\/span>the first year, your membership will <span class=\"s1\">automatically renew on a monthly basis<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You can cancel at any time, but: your cancellation will always take effect at the end of the current box period (quarterly). This means you\u2019ll still receive the box for the period you\u2019re currently in. After that, your membership will end at the end of that quarter.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This prevents people from canceling right between boxes and ensures that everyone receives the box corresponding to the period during which their membership was active.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>4. BASIS Monthly Membership with Monthly Payments<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This is our only membership that can <span class=\"s1\">be cancelled on a completely monthly basis<\/span> .<br \/> Your membership is automatically renewed every month, and you can <span class=\"s1\">cancel at any time<\/span> . Go to My Account, open your membership details, and select &#8220;Cancel.&#8221; You will then automatically receive a confirmation.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">With the KTC Box membership, your membership runs for each box period. A box period lasts one quarter. You can cancel at any time, but your cancellation will always take effect at the end of the current box period. This means you\u2019ll still receive the box for the quarter in which you cancel. After that, your membership will automatically end, and no further payments will be charged.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For other memberships, the cancellation process works as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Annual membership with annual payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You can cancel at any time after the first year. Your membership will end at the end of your current membership period. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Annual membership with monthly payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You can cancel at any time after the first year. Your membership will end at the end of your current billing cycle. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>BASIC membership per month<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You can cancel this membership at any time during the month. It will end at the end of the current month. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Delete Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon request, we can also delete your profile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> With direct debit, the cancellation button sometimes disappears within 30 days of your next renewal date. This is because WooCommerce is already preparing for the renewal at that point. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and your new benefit period begins right away. Downgrading is not possible during the first year, because all memberships are annual.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">After the first year, you can either upgrade or downgrade. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade always takes effect at the end of your current subscription period. This can be on a monthly basis (for monthly payments) or annually (for annual payments). Until then, you\u2019ll continue to pay the rate of your current membership.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For the KTC Box membership, changes always take effect at the start of the box period (quarter).
