This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oatly.com\/nl-nl\/recipes\/look-book-autumn-winter-2025\/yuzu-white-choc-mocha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yuzu White Choc Mocha<\/a> combines the smooth, creamy character of white chocolate with the fresh citrus aroma of yuzu. The result is a light, refreshing iced <a href=\"https:\/\/koffietcacao.com\/blog\/7x-koude-koffiecocktails-voor-warme-zomerdagen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coffee drink<\/a> perfect for the first sunny moments of the year.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with an aroma somewhere between lemon, lime and tangerine. Combined with espresso and creamy oat milk, it creates a surprisingly balanced drink: sweet, fresh and slightly sour at the same time. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 g vegan white chocolate flakes, or 10 to 20 ml white chocolate syrup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon yuzu juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 double espresso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml Oatly Barista Edition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ice cubes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brew a double espresso directly over the white chocolate flakes, or over the white chocolate syrup if using. Stir well so that the chocolate melts completely in the hot coffee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add the yuzu juice and mix again. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over it.
