Subscriptions are taken out for the next 4 issues and this is automatically renewed every year. After the first year you can cancel your subscription at any time, subject to 1 month’s notice. The outstanding balance will then be settled.

Are you giving a subscription as a gift? Then it expires automatically after 4 issues.

Have you moved? Make sure the new KTC falls on the right mat.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We ship magazines all at once to all subscribers, this is without track&trace.

Each subscription can also be given as a gift. You can check this option while completing the subscription.

In the case of a gift subscription, the subscription ends automatically after 4 issues. We will then naturally make the subscriber an offer to renew.

As a KTC subscriber you pay no shipping costs for your magazines or boxes in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium, you pay extra postage.

NOTE: Subscriptions closed within 2 weeks before a new edition is released will no longer be included in the shipment of that particular edition. For example, if you subscribe on 27-03-24 then the June edition will be the first edition you will receive.

Depending on the mail, your edition will reach you on this day or a few days later. If you haven’t received your edition after a week please send us an email with your details.

A subscription ensures that you are always the first to get the new edition on your mat. You will also receive a nice extra from us once a year and benefit from exclusive offers through our newsletter.

If you go for the subscription with the Specialty box, you also get delicious coffee, tea and chocolate every issue.

You enter into a subscription for 4 editions. This subscription is then renewed for one year at a time. See also “How long will my subscription run?” and “How do I cancel my subscription?”.

You will receive your gift around the same time as the next new issue. The gift will be shipped separately.

The mail sometimes takes some people longer than others. If you haven’t received an edition a week after an issue is out you can send us an email.
